Did you know that 70% of our Idaho elected
Representatives vote as Liberals, Socialists or Crony Corporatists?
And a vast majority of them claim to be REPUBLICANS.
They are obviously not, and that’s why our state is having so much trouble and it is going to get worse if do not do something.
BUT HOW DO WE DETECT THE FAKE REPUBLICANS AND HOW DO WE MAKE SURE WE DON’T VOTE FOR THEM THIS ELECTION?
Especially since many of them are so good at claiming they are the Conservatives? For example the postcard you got from the “Gem State Conservatives” or the “Idaho Liberty Pac” ?” Well they are not conservatives. They are same big money crony corporatists we are talking about. Crony Corporatism is basically a form of socialism, using Government money to pay off their “friends.” They pass laws that help certain large corporations to the disadvantage of other companies in the same space. If you pass a law to help ANY business, it must help EVERY SINGLE business small or big, mom and pop or conglomerate in the exact same way. What line in the Constitution allows them or gives them the power to take our tax money and award it to their favorite businesses, or to a particular industry. It has to stop.

Senators: 25 of our 35 senators = 71.2% vote liberal
25 to 10 That means more than twice as many of our senators are liberal as are conservative.
House: 49 of our 70 Representatives = 70% vote liberal
49 to 21 So more than twice as many of our Representatives are liberal as are conservative.
WE HAVE TO STOP THIS OR WE WILL BECOME CALIFORNIA!!!
But why should we trust you guys, instead?
Pastors from over 16 local Evangelical Bible Believing Churches. Churches like Calvary Chapel Star, Harvest Church, Caldwell Christian Church, Mountain Heights Calvary Chapel, Northstar Church, Capital Church, Life Church, Calvary Chapel Eagle, Outwest Bible Church and ministries like the Values Advocacy Council and so on. Churches like the ones listed on MyChurchFinder.org. Look at their history, look at their statement of beliefs, look at their years of sermons and Biblical Leadership. Then decide if they are Biblical. Look them up. Visit their churches. These pastors are given early versions of the guide, those who have ministries in their church work with us. They are encouraged to identify if anyone in their congregation is running. Often times we’ve changed recommendations based on a Pastor’s personal relationship with a candidate. These pastors share the guide at services and many pastors choose to send teams door to door to hand out this guide. As a non Christian, I don’t want a Christian Taliban!
Trust me, we don’t want a Christian Taliban. We don’t ever even want a Church Government either. You think Baptists want a Presbyterian government? Never. We want a MORAL Government. We don’t want a Christian Government, we want Christians IN Government.
We want a MORAL GOVERNMENT based on the Laws of Nature and the Laws of Nature’s God. This is the only reason you have Inalienable Rights.
See the Declaration of Independence. Except for Christianity, no other religion has an authority (the Creator) that insists that all men are created equal. And atheism has no supreme moral authority to insist that every human treat every other human equally.
If you are worried about Christ following Christians making laws, you may want to know it was Christ Followers and ONLY Christ Followers led by their Bible believing pastors who got legislation passed that stopped: Slavery, Racism, Child Sacrifice, Child Labor, Child Prostitution, Honor Killings, the superstitious killing of twins, widow immolations, tolerance of other cultures (as long as they were moral) and 1000’s of other laws that most cultures take to be the standard of morality.
NONE of these were stopped by atheists, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, pagans or witches or anyone else (because nothing in their doctrine said all men were created equal). These horrible practices were stopped by pastors and Christians. And almost all those movements started in a Church.
And in cultures where Christ followers later backed out of making laws, the culture quickly went back to their pagan roots, like Nazi Germany.
If you are not convinced there is a problem in Idaho:
Remember when we tried to pass the library bill last year to stop children from being able to find Gay Sex Porn on the library shelves?
A so-called "Republican" stopped it.
Worse, that same “Republican” attends a local church. You’d never know she was a pro-gay sex porn for kids liberal unless you looked at her history of voting.
When confronted, she claimed that removing books was censorship, and when pushed she said it’s too much hassle to remove porn from the library, as the librarians couldn’t do it. –GOOD NEWS, WE FIRED HER IN MAY 2024!!!
And in reverse, the libraries have never had trouble removing conservative Christian materials from the library. No, she’s clearly not on the side of families. This is not a Godly person. This is not a real Republican as many of her votes contradict the Republican Platform. Do we really want her voting her liberal socialistic ideals? Worse she’s been reelected so many times that she has seniority and can block good men and women from voting on important things?
That's just one example
When a well-known lawyer tried to introduce evidence during the comments portion to show that corruption between legislators and major corporations existed here in Idaho (Crony Corporatism), the committee silenced him in the middle of his time and had the Capitol police remove him. What happened to his rights? And our rights to hear the truth? Is this how Godly men and women act?
We can list 100’s of these events. But don’t feel helpless. We could stop all of them if we really had TRUE Republicans in office. We think we have a way (read on and let us know if you can help).
It’s not just one or two people, it’s a vast majority of our elected Republicans.
How about School Districts?
When Turning Point USA Pastor John Amanchukwu came here to show the school board that there was porn in school libraries, they had the police forcibly remove him before he could even start.
Democrats, liberals, progressives and socialists have infiltrated our chambers, our school boards, our city councils and brought their godless policies, demonic influences, crony corporatism and socialism into our state.
And many of them have been there for years and their names are very familiar to you! So they get voted right back in every time.
Precinct Committe men and women
Last year, Biblical Conservatives won back the Local GOP by getting elected as Precinct Committe men and women. But this year, in this next Primary election, many well known so-called “Republicans” are running to try and wrest back control. They are hoping that you’ll recognize their name and blindly pick them and let them turn our state back to their corrupt socialistic ways.
But not everyone has time to go through every candidate to weed them out? And what about the new unknown candidates?
That's where the Conservatives of: and VAC Action voter guide comes in.
Doing your OWN research is always best, but if you can’t do that, then collaborating with others to gather data is the 2nd best way to get that info.
The best information is personal information. So if we know a candidate personally we don’t really need to interview them. But in cases where we don’t know the candidates, then working with info from groups like IFF and others we look at existing candidates’ voting records and if they are bad, they don’t make the voter guide. That’s the easy part.
But what about new candidates?
With new candidates there’s no record of past votes. We may look to see if there are blogs or posts by them. Ideally we’ve met them before at some event or we know them personally. If we don’t know you personally, we are asking all new (and old) candidates to take a rigorous long survey that grills them. Send us an email at NewCandidate@vacmail.org.
We want incmbants to take the survey as well. To do so email us at Incumbent@vacmail.org and we’ll get you that survey (we are currently updating it for the November elections).
Ideally, we’ve had a chance to meet candidates and hear them speak at some candidate event like the ones Conservatives Of: host every 2nd Monday of every month at Harvest Church in Meridian at 6:30pm. You don’t need an invitation. Just show up and let us know you are there.
What if I think you’ve made a mistake on your voter guide?
We certainly could have, we are all human. Sometimes we miss things, or have a typo or our info is not complete. So if you see an issue or disagree with a released version of the guide then, please email us and we will take a look at it and do our best to correct it or explain it. We have made changes. But you have to move fast as usually the entire process is over in a week or two., don’t wait till it’s too late. Email us error@vacaction.org
BUT HOW DO WE GET THE WORD OUT ABOUT THE VOTER GUIDE?
If ONLY we know about it, it’s NOT powerful.
We need the MAJORITY of Christians on our side.

How do WE rate the candidates?
Here’s a brief overview of our rating system- listed in order of preference and priority.
1. Personal knowledge of the candidate (this is the best way to do it).
2. Casual interviews when we meet them. It’s not a formal interview as politicians are very good at telling you want you want to hear. So, these are all based on casual conversations at candidate events or if they request to meet with us.
3. Based on their past votes if they are incumbents.
4. We are asking every candidate to email us to take our survey even if you have complete the previous items. Incumbent@vacmail.org and NewCandidate@vacmail.org (note we are currently updating it for the Nov elections)
5. In some cases, we will target candidates and send them our survey. If they refuse to take it or just plain ignore us, we pretty much know it’s because it would expose them and we may expose that fact.
Then we judge their answers based on the following:
1. Are their convictions based on Biblical Principles? This is the highest test and has the most weight. If their pastor knows their character that’s the strongest point.
2. Are their convictions based on Objective Moral Principles (the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God)?
3, Do they live these principles in their lives? Are they faithful to their spouse? Are they faithful to the Bible? Are they men/women of honor and integrity, do they hate dishonest gain? Are they not foul mouthed or blasphemers?
4. Do they understand the Constitution? Do they know where rights come from? Do they know the difference between rights and goods/services? Do they think we are a democracy? Do they think they are supposed to vote what the mobs want or what their convictions are (see #1)? Do they know the difference between a democracy and a republic?
5. Are they anti-socialists? Do they understand and promote concepts like the free market, Do they think Government has a role in welfare? Do they think government has a role in picking winners and losers in the free market? Do they want to increase government overreach? Do they think government is the solution to every problem?
6. Will they shut down the state during the next pandemic? Will they shut down churches of ANY reason ever? Will they protect companies that force people to get a vaccine to keep their jobs and then not allow the companies to be sued?
7. Are they easy to manipulate? Can the people they represent, convince them to compromise on their convictions?
8. What are their views on unbiblical things like CRT, DEI, Transgenderism? Are they WOKE? Etc.
It is true that sometimes a candidate will fail some the above, but they may be the lesser of the two evils who can win. In which case we are forced to pick a lesser evil that can win to stop a greater evil. We identify these candidates. What happens if you have two good candidates or two bad candidates or three candidates where a 2nd good candidate may allow the bad candidate to win or a candidate turns out to be a pervert later.
1. Only two good candidates.
If based on their voting records or surveys, we determine they are equally good then we will usually put them both on the list and mark both as good. Although at times if we are overwhelmed they may not even show up on the guide.
2. Only two bad candidates
Most often we will just say “ABSTAIN,” unless one candidate is far worse than the other. In which case we will be forced to pick the lesser of the 2 evils.
3. Three candidates where a split of the vote between 2 good candidates may allow a bad candidate to win. This also applies to seats where there are multiple open spots but more good candidates than positions and yet there are also bad candidates.
This really is the toughest scenario we have to deal with, it’s harder if we know one or both of the good guys. Let’s say there is one bad candidate. A true RINO, but 2 good guys have tossed their hat into the ring. At this point if we split the vote then the RINO could win (that’s what allowed Woodrow Wilson to win and give us the Federal Reserve). So, we have to do some soul searching here and try to figure out which candidate has a better chance of winning against the RINO. Then we go with them. It’s a very tough call and we could get it wrong, but at least this way we have a fighting chance. If we do make this decision and you disagree with our decision, do email us and state your argument. 4. What if someone you endorse turns out to be a pervert or a felon later?
We try not to use the words “endorse.” If we do accidentally slip and use it, let us know and we will change it. We don’t want to endorse anyone as an organization, precisely because we may end up with a bad apple who fooled us. Instead our goal is to indicate that one candidate seems to be better than the other given our methodology. But, remember our methodology can only guarantee so much. If a guy turns out to be a creep or unethical or a RINO who was very good at hiding it we just have to regroup and vote him out of office the next time around.
A FINAL WORD
VACaction and Conservatives Of: and the pastors take a very dim view of mudslinging and lying or misrepresenting candidates’ viewpoints. You may think you are the better choice, and you may well be, but never stoop down to the other side’s level of lying or making false charges against your opponents (e.g. if a representative votes against a boondoggle that had some funds allocated to police, that does not make them antipolice. This is a real example). We are especially upset if one of the “good guys” attacks another one of the “good guys.” And if you see a PAC or some of your supporters doing so, please do ask that they resist (not that they have to heed you).
Ephesians 4:29: Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. We also take a very dim view of foul language, cussing and blasphemy in any of the candidates’ language in any situation.
Do remember, while you may disagree with RINOs or even a fellow conservative we ask that we do so respectfully at all times, all the while never hesitating to call sin sin or evil actions evil.
